We currently offer flat-rate shipping to the following locations:

• UK – £7

• US – £20

• Canada – £21

• Australia – £24

• Most of Europe – £14

If you're based outside of these regions, please contact me directly and I’ll do my best to arrange shipping to your country.

How can I download a digital product after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. Just click the link to access your digital product. The file will usually be in PDF format, perfect for saving, printing, or using on your device.

If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder — sometimes it hides there!

Will I receive a confirmation or receipt after purchasing?

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. It will include your order details, payment summary, and (for digital products) a download link. Keep this email for your records — it's your digital receipt.

How do I submit a photo for plating critique?

I love helping people improve their presentation skills. If you’d like feedback on a plated dish, you need to purchase and complete the from in the services section of the website. You can send a clear photo via email it to me with a brief description. If you’ve purchased a critique session, I’ll follow up with personalised feedback and suggestions based on your image.

Do I need to be a professional chef to get feedback or buy your book?

Not at all. Dining Fables is for anyone who cares about how food looks — from home cooks to professional chefs.Whether you’re just starting out or refining your skills, the book and feedback sessions are designed to help you build confidence, creativity, and visual impact on the plate.

Do you work with chefs, brands, or offer consulting services?

Yes. I offer visual plating consultations, collaborations, and creative support for chefs, restaurants, and culinary brands. From improving your dish presentation to content creation or storytelling through plating, feel free to get in touch and we’ll see how we can work together.

What should I do if I don’t receive my product or download link?

If your product doesn’t arrive or you don’t get a download email, first check your spam/junk folder. If it's still missing, just contact me with your name and order number, and I’ll get it sorted right away. I always aim to respond within 1 working day.
